The app ships chemistry presets — Flooded, AGM, Gel, LiFePO₄, and Custom, at 12 V and 24 V — under Settings → Devices → Batteries. They’re a sensible starting point, not an answer for your bank.
What I’d like to collect here is what people have settled on after living with it:
- Your chemistry and bank voltage
- The alert threshold you actually use, and whether you moved it from the default
- Whether you’ve had a false alarm (a big load kicking in and dipping the voltage) and how you dealt with it
- Whether you monitor at the battery or somewhere further down the run
That last one matters more than people expect — voltage sags across a long or undersized cable, so where you measure changes what you see.
